Refund policy

At Taluka Fashions, we value your trust and satisfaction above all. Each saree and garment is carefully designed, inspected, and packed to ensure you receive a flawless product. However, in rare cases where you receive a defective item or the size does not fit correctly, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is defective or the size is not suitable.

  • You must raise your concern within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us through email or phone.

  • To maintain transparency, we kindly request you to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel. This helps us verify the concern and process your request smoothly.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please note that minor color variations due to photography or lighting are natural and will not be considered defects.

Customised or altered pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
